Hi, I'm Cailie.
I'm a proud member of South Africa's women's indoor and outdoor hockey teams.
My journey as an athlete has taught me how to lead with faith, compete with clarity, and grow through every challenge. I've stood at the edge of international games with my heart pounding. I've been cut, benched and injured. And I've learned that the game between your ears is the most important game you'll ever play.
This space is where I share my journey, my tools, and everything I wish someone had taught me sooner.

God's opinion of you doesn't change with the scoreboard. Every week of the programme closes with scripture and space to bring what you're carrying to Him, because the strongest foundation an athlete can build isn't on the pitch.
